The Chinese University of Hong Kong Business School has this opportunity to introduce a Master of Business Administration (EMBA) program for senior management in Putonghua, based on its deep roots in business management and research as well as its unique geographical advantages. Students who have successfully completed their studies and passed the assessment will be awarded a Master of Business Administration degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

課程體系

一、課程結構上，本課程共16門課（48學分），包含兩次企業考察；其中一次考察香港的知名企業；另一次赴海外與當地企業及知名大學交流。課程全程采用綜合教學方法，每月連續四天集中學習（“考察周”則可能歷時5~7天），一般為周四至周日，以使身為企業高管的學員在繁忙的工作中亦能專注于課程學習。
二、課程內容上主要分為四大模塊：（1）基礎模塊，包括管理經濟學，計量方法，財務管理，人力資源管理，營銷管理和商業法律；（2）管理模塊，包括運營與供應鏈戰略，策略咨詢系統，工商管理問題研討；（3）領導力模塊，包括創新策略管理，企業策略，商業談判，市場情報管理；（4）增值模塊，包括公司管理（香港考察），環球工商管理考察研究。
三、課程之畢業要求
（1）學員所有課的平均成績（GPA）需要達到最少2.5分；（2）如學員在一學期內的平均成績（GPA）低于2.5分，該學員將在選學期被列為試讀生；（3）任何一門分數相當于或低于D+，需要重修或經批準后選修另一門課。

First, for the curriculum structure, the course contains a total of 16 subjects (48 credits), including two business visits, one of which is visiting the well-known Hong Kong enterprises, and another one is overseas and visit local enterprises and also communicate with some of the well-known universities. The course will take a comprehensive teaching method and focus on learning for four consecutive days each month ("Study Week" may last 5 to 7 days), usually from Thursday to Sunday, so that students who are executives are in busy work Can also focus on the course learning.
Second, the course content is divided into four modules: (1) basic modules, including management economics, measurement methods, financial management, human resources management, marketing management and business law; (2) management modules, including operations and supply chain, strategy consulting system, Issues on business administration; (3) leadership modules, including strategic management, business strategy, business negotiation, market intelligence management; (4) value-added modules, including corporate management (Hong Kong inspection), Global Business Administration investigation study.
Third, the graduation requirements of the course
(1)The GPA of all the courses of the students need to reach at least 2.5 points;
(2) If the average grade (GPA) of a student is less than 2.5 points in a semester, the participant will be listed as a pilot student at the semester;
(3) If any of the student’s course score is equal to or below D +, he or she needs to be retrained or chooses another course after approval.
