概況縱覽

香港公開大學(xué)由香港政府于一九八九年成立。根據(jù)提供全民教育的使命，公開大學(xué)開始作為成人教育的提供者。自2001年以來，大學(xué)通過提供本科和研究生水平的全日制面授學(xué)位課程來擴(kuò)展其服務(wù)。
我們的全日制課程主要由大學(xué)的全職學(xué)者教授，他們大多數(shù)擁有博士學(xué)位，積極參與研究和出版，以及擁有多年的教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。我們所有的項(xiàng)目都經(jīng)過嚴(yán)格的質(zhì)量保證機(jī)制。公開大學(xué)的課程項(xiàng)目是以信用為基礎(chǔ)的系統(tǒng)運(yùn)作，為個(gè)別課程取得學(xué)分。
目前，公開大學(xué)月有8000名全日制學(xué)生以及12000名非全日制學(xué)生。為配合大學(xué)的持續(xù)發(fā)展，公開大學(xué)在何文田中心街設(shè)立了銀禧學(xué)院。銀禧學(xué)院增加了2400個(gè)全日制課程。

The Open University of Hong Kong (OUHK) was established by the Hong Kong Government in 1989. With the mission of providing Education for All, the OUHK started out as a provider of adult education. Since 2001, the University extended its services by offering full-time face-to-face degree programmes at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Our full-time programmes are primarily taught by the University’s full-time academics, most of whom hold doctoral degrees and are active in research and publishing, as well as having many years of teaching experience. All of our programmes go through stringent quality assurance mechanisms. The OUHK’s programmes are run in a credit-based system, in which credits are gained for individual courses taken.
Currently, there are around 8,000 full-time students and 12,000 part-time students at the OUHK. To cope with the continued growth of the University, the OUHK has established the Jubilee College on Chung Hau Street, Ho Man Tin. The Jubilee College offers an addition of 2,400 places for full-time programmes.

2，認(rèn)可的非商科領(lǐng)域的學(xué)士學(xué)位（或同等學(xué)力），以及至少三年的管理／督導(dǎo)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；或：
3，認(rèn)可的專上學(xué)力（資格架構(gòu)第四級(jí)別或其同等學(xué)力），及具備至少十年的認(rèn)可管理／督導(dǎo)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

a recognized degree in a business-related area (or equivalent); OR
a recognized degree in a non-business area (or equivalent), plus at least three years of supervisory/managerial experience; OR
a recognized post-secondary qualification at Qualifications Framework Level 4 (or its equivalent), plus at least ten years of supervisory/managerial experience.
