近日，上海交通大學安泰經濟與管理學院接到了來自歐洲質量改進體系（European Quality Improvement System，EQUIS）總部的賀電，宣布安泰順利通過第五次EQUIS再認證評估，并再次榮獲五年最高期認證。這不僅標志著安泰的綜合實力、國際化辦學水平以及與業界的緊密聯系再次得到國際權威機構的高度認可，更充分體現了學院近年來在全球商學教育領域所做出的杰出貢獻和取得的優異成績。

Recently, Antai College of Economics and Management (ACEM), Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU), received official congratulations from EQUIS and was awarded the fifth successful re-accreditation with a maximum five-year term. This achievement reaffirms Antai's comprehensive strengths in areas such as internationalization and industry engagement while recognizing its significant progress in global business education.

2024年7月16日至18日，由4位國際認證專家組成的EQUIS評估專家組對安泰進行了為期3天的實地考察與評估。上海交通大學校長、中國科學院院士丁奎嶺，文科建設處處長吳文鋒，安泰經濟與管理學院院長陳方若、黨委書記姜文寧，以及學校研究生院、教務處、國際合作與交流處等部門領導和學院領導班子成員出席了各項認證活動。此次評估專家組成員包括墨西哥自治技術學院(ITAM)商學院院長Francisco Pérez-González教授、早稻田大學商學院院長Hitoshi Takehara教授、薩格勒布大學經濟與商業學院院長Sanja Sever Mali?教授，以及新加坡ASM公司人才與領導力總監Ka (Betty) Lau博士。

From July 16 to 18, 2024, an EQUIS Peer Review Team of four experts conducted a three-day on-site assessment. Shanghai Jiao Tong University President Kuiling DING, Director of Liberal Arts Development Wenfeng WU, Antai College of Economics and Management Dean Fangruo CHEN, Party Secretary Wenning JIANG, as well as leaders from the Graduate School, Academic Affairs Office, and Office of International Affairs, among others, participated in various accreditation activities. The peer-review team included Dean Francisco Pérez-González from ITAM Business School (Mexico), Dean Hitoshi Takehara from Waseda Business School (Japan), Dean Sanja Sever Mali? from the University of Zagreb (Croatia), and an industry expert Ka (Betty) Lau from Singapore ASM.

評估期間，專家組與校院領導、教師代表、學院各部門和辦學項目代表、學生代表、校友代表、企業代表等開展了22場交流座談，并現場考察了學院的教學和科研設施。評估涵蓋了EQUIS標準的十個重點領域，包括戰略規劃、項目設置、學生管理、師資建設、科研發展、高管教育、資源管理、國際化戰略、社會責任與可持續發展、企業聯系等。

在最終的評估反饋會上，專家組對安泰近年來的發展與建設成績給予了充分肯定和高度評價，認為學院在行業研究、師資建設、國際化和可持續發展等方面展現了領先實力，完善的校友網絡也彰顯了學院對學生和校友工作的高度重視。專家組特別指出，安泰各部門的通力配合、全院上下的共同努力是學院取得優異發展成績的關鍵因素。

陳方若表示，EQUIS再認證對安泰具有重要意義，專家組的敬業和專業給學院師生留下了深刻印象。下一步，學院將認真研究專家組的指導和建議，不斷提升辦學水平和綜合實力，堅定不移把安泰建設成扎根中國的世界級商學院。

University and college leaders, faculty, students, alumni, and corporate representatives participated in about 22 exchange sessions with the experts. The evaluation covered ten key EQUIS standards: strategic planning, programs, faculty, research, corporate connections, etc.

In their feedback, the experts praised Antai's progress in industry research, faculty development, internationalization, and sustainability. They highlighted the college's strong alumni networks and commended the collaborative efforts across departments.
