David joined Vermilion in 2009, following three years with Ernst & Young’s transaction advisory team in London.

Vermilion Partners is an affiliate of Natixis SA, a member of Groupe BPCE, one of the largest banking groups in Europe. With extensive experience in management, investment, and advisory services, Vermilion has completed approximately 300 projects for over 100 clients.

David is a Chartered Accountant and holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford. He is based in Shanghai and speaks fluent Mandarin.

David是一名特許會計師，擁有牛津大學(xué)的哲學(xué)、政治和經(jīng)濟學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位，現(xiàn)任銀硃合伙人。在2009年加入銀硃之前，他曾在安永（倫敦總部）的交易咨詢團隊積累了豐富經(jīng)驗。

銀硃（Vermilion Partners）隸屬于法國外貿(mào)銀行，是歐洲最大的銀行集團之一BPCE集團的成員。公司擁有豐富的管理、投資和顧問經(jīng)驗，已為100多家客戶完成了約300個項目，包括跨國公司、中型企業(yè)及政府部門。

大學(xué)畢業(yè)后，David曾在北京學(xué)習(xí)中文，對中國市場有著強烈的探索欲望。于是在倫敦工作一段時間后，他決定選擇重回中國。自那時起，他專注于為中國多個行業(yè)的國際客戶提供收購和合資建議，涉及領(lǐng)域廣泛。他成功完成了包括Tate & Lyle收購Winway在內(nèi)的多項重要交易。如今，David常駐上海，能夠用中文流暢自如地進行交流。

Nick Johnstone

Class of 2023, FMBA FT+

Nick completed his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering at Imperial College London.

Nick is currently furthering his education as a member of the Class of 2023 in the FMBA FT+ program. Nick's multifaceted background and continuous pursuit of knowledge make him a dynamic and well-rounded professional.

2011年，尼克在倫敦帝國理工學(xué)院獲得機械工程學(xué)士學(xué)位后，他開啟了他的首次中國之旅。這趟旅程激發(fā)了他對中國的濃厚興趣。數(shù)月之后，他重返中國尋求職業(yè)發(fā)展。

從工程領(lǐng)域到電信網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備再到獨立門戶，尼克對包括水泵、電信、產(chǎn)品開發(fā)、創(chuàng)業(yè)等在內(nèi)的多個領(lǐng)域進行了深入的探索。

目前，尼克的職業(yè)生涯已經(jīng)步入了一個相對穩(wěn)定的階段。為了不斷挑戰(zhàn)自我和追求更高的職業(yè)目標，他選擇加入FMBA FT+項目，學(xué)習(xí)最前沿的專業(yè)知識，拓寬自己的國際視野和跨界商業(yè)思維。
